About booking with LVGS

At LVGS, we are committed to providing exceptional support to businesses through our comprehensive range of services. 

 

Upon expressing interest in our services via contacting us, we will promptly send you a brief questionnaire to gain a deeper understanding of your business needs.

 

This will help us tailor our approach and ensure that our solutions align perfectly with your objectives.

 

Following this, we will schedule a complimentary 1 hour consultation to further discuss how we can best assist you.

Payment

Payment for our services is required in full upfront, with charges applied on an hourly basis.

 

We believe in transparency and efficiency, and this approach allows us to deliver uninterrupted support to our clients.

 

During your consultation, we will discuss the scope of work required and agree upon a final price based on the estimated time needed to complete the tasks.

 

Cancellations

In terms of cancellations and rescheduling, we kindly request that you provide at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations.

 

Unfortunately, refunds cannot be provided for cancellations made after this time.

 

For rescheduling, we ask for at least 24 hours' notice to accommodate changes to session times. 

In the unlikely event that LVGS needs to cancel a session or service, we will adhere to the same timescales of providing at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations and 24 hours' notice for rescheduling.

 

Agreement

Prior to commencing any services, we will provide you with a copy of our policy for your review and agreement.

 

This ensures that both parties are clear on the terms and conditions of our engagement.
