These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by LVGS. By booking or engaging our services, you agree to the terms set out below.

 

About LVGS

LVGS provides business consultancy, marketing and operational support services to businesses across the UK.

 

Booking & Getting Started

When you contact LVGS to enquire about our services, we will send you a short questionnaire to better understand your business, goals and requirements.

 

Once reviewed, we will arrange a complimentary 1-hour consultation to discuss how we can best support you and to confirm the scope of work.

 

Services & Scope of Work

All services are delivered based on the agreed scope discussed during your consultation. Any additional work outside of the agreed scope will be discussed and agreed in advance.

 

Payment Terms

• Payment is required in full and upfront before any work begins.

• Services are charged on an hourly basis, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• A final price will be confirmed following your consultation, based on the estimated time required to complete the work.

This approach allows us to work efficiently and provide uninterrupted support.

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable.

• Rescheduling requests must be made with at least 24 hours’ notice.

If LVGS needs to cancel or reschedule a session, we will provide the same notice periods wherever possible.

 

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and timely information required to deliver services

• Respond within reasonable timeframes where input or approval is needed

• Respect agreed timelines and communication boundaries

Delays caused by missing or late information may impact delivery times.

 

Feedback & Continuous Improvement

We value feedback and may request it during or after services are delivered. This helps us continually refine and improve how we support our clients.

 

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed, all materials created by LVGS remain the intellectual property of LVGS until full payment has been received. Upon payment, clients are granted the right to use the delivered materials for their business.

 

Limitation of Liability

LVGS will always act in good faith and with professional care. However, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results. Liability is limited to the value of the services provided.

 

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
