With over 20 years’ experience in customer-focused roles, I help businesses run smoothly, connect with their customers, and grow with confidence.

 

Along the way, I’ve developed expertise in marketing and social media management, creating engaging, authentic online presences. I’ve led contact centre teams, managed continuous improvement projects, worked as a Scrum Master, and gained practical B2B experience as a Customer Success Manager — all of which gives me a broad perspective on how businesses operate and succeed.

At LVGS, I bring this mix of experience to help businesses thrive. Whether it’s calendar and diary management, streamlining processes, or running workshops to identify inefficiencies, my focus is on making your day-to-day operations simpler and more effective — so you can concentrate on what really matters.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me behind a camera or editing videos, or hitting the road in our campervan as one half of Robbo and The Culv.
